These terms explain how booking requests work on city-tour-toronto.niagarafallscanadatours.com, the website of City Tour Toronto. The specific details of your tour, including the total for your group, pickup time and payment and cancellation terms, are set out in the written confirmation we send you. If anything in that confirmation differs from this page, the confirmation applies to your booking.

1. Requests and confirmations

Sending a request through this website, by WhatsApp or by phone does not create a booking. It asks us to check a date for you. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and you have accepted that confirmation.

A form message showing on screen that your request was received means it reached our inbox. It is not a confirmation of availability.

The Toronto Private City Tour can also be booked online on our separate booking page. Bookings made there follow the booking, payment and cancellation terms shown on that page before you pay.

2. Prices

Listed prices are in Canadian dollars:

• Toronto Private City Tour: $799 (listed tour price).
• Blue Mountain Private Tour: $1,499 (private group price, up to 6 guests).
• 1000 Islands Day Tour With Islands Cruise: $1,999 (group price).

How a listed price applies to your group, and the total for larger groups, is confirmed in our reply before you book. Groups larger than six on the Toronto and Blue Mountain tours receive a custom quote.

3. What the price covers

Each tour page lists what is part of the tour, what is not included and what we confirm with your booking. Unless your confirmation says otherwise, admission tickets (for example Casa Loma, the CN Tower, the Blue Mountain gondola and Boldt Castle), meals, drinks, gratuities and personal expenses are not included.

4. Itineraries and third-party operators

We follow the published order of stops. Traffic, weather, parking, closures and opening hours can change timings on the day. Some parts of the tours are run by other businesses, such as the Blue Mountain Resort gondola and the 1000 Islands sightseeing cruises, which operate on their own schedules and may pause in bad weather. If we know before the day that part of your tour cannot run, we will contact you to discuss the options.

5. Payment, cancellation and refunds

This website does not collect card or payment details. For online bookings, payment is taken on the separate booking page at checkout. For requests, payment, cancellation and refund terms are given to you in writing with your booking confirmation, before you pay. Please read them and ask us about anything that is unclear.

6. Your information

Please give accurate details for every traveller, including infants and children, and tell us about accessibility needs or child seats so we can confirm what works. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
