• WhatsApp and phone. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your number and whatever you send us.
• Chat. If you use the chat window, we receive the messages and details you type into it.
• Technical information. Like any website, our hosting and security providers process your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

• Web3Forms delivers the contents of our website forms to our email inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages when you choose Continue on WhatsApp or message us directly. The message is only sent when you press send in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
• Tawk.to provides the chat window. It loads when you first interact with a page or press Chat, and may set its own cookies to keep your conversation going.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics help us understand how visitors use the site, using anonymous events such as which tour page was viewed or which button was pressed. We do not send names, phone numbers, emails or messages to these tools.
• Hosting and network providers (Hostinger and Cloudflare) serve the website and protect it from abuse.
• Google Maps opens when you choose a directions or map link; it is not loaded on our pages until you do.

When you book, we may share the details needed to arrange your tour, such as names and group size, with the businesses involved in your day, for example a cruise operator.

Cookies

Our own pages do not set tracking cookies. The chat service may set cookies once it loads. Google Analytics, when it loads, uses cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
